AI Rhythm Reset

£225per batch

Your copy is saying the right things. It just sounds like AI said them first.
AI-assisted drafts can keep the same stock phrasing and sentence patterns, however many times you ask for a different tone. I'll edit your existing copy so it reads naturally and sounds closer to you.

Up to 5 pieces · 2,000 words total · One business or author
First edit within 5 working days of payment and a complete brief. For independent consultants, small professional-service firms or an agency booking for one client brand.

What you get

  • Clean, editable copy and a version showing tracked changes
  • An edit of the repeated phrasing, awkward rhythm and filler
  • A short note on recurring patterns in your drafts
  • One consolidated revision round

What to send

Your drafts, who they're for and two examples of writing that sounds like you. If you don't have examples, a few answers about your voice will do. No brand document or call required.

Voice examples and context are reference material, not part of the editing allowance.

What the edit changes

Fictional examples written to demonstrate the editing approach. These are not client commissions or AI-detection results.

A consultant's LinkedIn post

Voice direction: Plain, direct and a little dry.

Before

Better meetings aren't about adding more time. They're about adding more clarity. Before the meeting, share the decision you need to make. During the meeting, keep the conversation focused on that decision. After the meeting, write down who owns the next step. It's a small shift, but one that can make a meaningful difference.

After

Before you book another meeting, write down the decision you need from it and share it with everyone coming. Keep that decision in view while you talk. Then put the next step in writing, with someone responsible for doing it.

Otherwise, you've mostly just booked another meeting.

The practical advice stays. The repeated scaffolding goes, and the ending follows the writer's dry tone.

A bookkeeper's About-page paragraph

Voice direction: Friendly and matter-of-fact.

Before

Bookkeeping isn't just about numbers. It's about peace of mind. I help independent shop owners stay on top of their books, month after month. From reconciling transactions in your bookkeeping software to sending a clear summary of what needs attention, I'm here to support you every step of the way. We keep in touch by email, with calls when needed.

After

I keep the books up to date for independent shop owners. Each month, I reconcile the transactions in your bookkeeping software and send you a summary of anything that needs your attention. We keep in touch by email and arrange a call when needed.

The service details stay intact. The stock reassurance and drawn-out sentence structure are removed.

How it works

  1. Send the drafts and a little context about your voice.
  2. I confirm the batch fits, agree the delivery date and send a payment link.
  3. You receive the clean copy, tracked changes and short editorial note within five working days of payment and a complete brief. One consolidated revision round is included.

Fixed scope

Both limits apply: a maximum of five pieces and 2,000 submitted words total, for one business or author and one agreed voice.

One consolidated revision on the same batch and direction, requested within seven calendar days of delivery. We'll agree its delivery date when your notes arrive.

  • No writing from scratch, full-website rewrite, repositioning or ongoing content production
  • No independent verification of every factual claim
  • No academic editing intended to conceal AI use
  • New pieces, new source material, a different audience or a new direction are a new brief

Human-led: I edit meaning, structure, rhythm, specificity, repetition and tone—not just a list of supposedly “AI” phrases.

Your facts stay yours: I preserve the intended meaning and flag ambiguous or unsupported claims instead of inventing or silently “verifying” them.

Send me your drafts.

One to five existing pieces, with a maximum of 2,000 words across the whole batch. Both limits apply. Titles, context and voice references do not count towards this allowance.

Piece 1

1 / 5 pieces · 0 / 2,000 words total

First edit within five working days of payment and complete drafts and voice/context material. I'll confirm the date before payment.

No payment is taken here. I'll confirm the scope and delivery date before sending a payment link. Please leave out passwords, customer records and other sensitive information.

FAQ

Straight answers before you choose.

What can I send?

LinkedIn posts, newsletters, marketing emails, About pages, short articles or website-copy sections. One batch covers one business or author, with a maximum of five pieces and 2,000 words in total. The copy needs to be drafted already.

Is the word limit per piece?

It’s 2,000 submitted words across the whole batch. You can send one longer piece or up to five shorter ones, provided the total stays within that limit. Voice examples are reference material and don’t use up the editing allowance.

How will you make it sound like me?

Send two examples of your natural writing. If you don’t have them, tell me who you’re speaking to, how you’d explain the point aloud and which expressions you’d never use. I’ll edit towards that voice while keeping your meaning.

Is this just removing a list of AI phrases?

I read the whole piece and edit how it moves, where it repeats itself and whether the tone fits. A word can work perfectly well in one sentence and feel forced in another.

Does it have to be AI-written?

Human-written and mixed drafts are welcome too if they need this kind of edit.

Will you check all the facts?

I’ll flag claims that look unclear, inconsistent or unsupported. Independent research and full fact-checking aren’t included, so you’ll need to confirm the underlying facts before publishing.

What does the revision cover?

One consolidated set of changes to the same batch and agreed direction, sent within seven calendar days of delivery. New pieces or a change of brief are quoted separately. We’ll agree the revision delivery date when your notes arrive.

Will it pass an AI detector?

I don’t offer detector scores or promises to bypass them. You’ll receive an edit for the people reading your work.

Do you use AI yourself?

I read, edit and check every draft personally. Tools can support the process, but I make the final editorial decisions and take responsibility for the edit.

Can I book another batch?

Yes. Another batch is a separate £225 booking, with the same limits. Once we’ve worked together, I can refer back to the voice and preferences we’ve agreed.

Is the Toolkit just prompts?

No. It includes frameworks, editable templates, filled examples, and a 7-day implementation plan so you can apply it immediately.
