Questions you probably have.
Do I have to write the lyrics?+
No. Give me a few stories and details and I’ll write them. You approve the words before I produce the song.
Is the music made with AI?+
Yes. I write the lyrics and direct the production. AI provides the vocals and instrumentation. You can hear the general approach in the Song Factory album.
Does it have to be a joke song?+
No. It can be funny, warm or a mixture of both. Tell me where the line is and anything you want left out.
Can I choose the style?+
Tell me the broad feel you’re after, such as upbeat pop, acoustic or country. We’ll agree one direction before work starts. I don’t copy a particular singer’s voice or an existing tune.
What if a name or detail is wrong?+
I’ll ask for pronunciations and send the lyrics for approval. One small lyric amendment round is included, and I’ll correct errors in what I deliver. A new direction or replacement set of lyrics after approval is a separate brief.
Can I give it to someone or share it?+
Yes. The £39 offer covers personal gifting and personal sharing. Commercial releases, advertising and licensing projects need a separate agreement. AI-generated audio does not come with a promise of exclusive copyright.
Can you meet my date?+
Tell me the occasion date before booking. I’ll confirm whether I can deliver in time before taking payment. Please allow for the production time and your lyric approval.

The £39 offer is for personal gifting and personal sharing. It does not include alternate tracks, a music video, cover artwork, stems, commercial release rights or an imitation of a particular artist's voice or melody.
Commercial releases, advertising, sync and other licensing uses need a separate discussion. Commercial-use permission for the production tools does not guarantee exclusive copyright in AI-generated music.
